An after school class for children to breathe, tell stories, and learn to 'just be.' Ages 3-5 years.

Service Description
With Ms. Amy's calm guidance, your young yogi will strengthen their body through basic and challenging yoga poses, practice partner and group poses and play fun yoga games. They will also begin to learn mindfulness and breathing/calming tools.
Cancellation Policy
To be eligible for a refund, cancellations must be submitted one month prior to start date of program, at which point a refund will be issued only if we are able to fill the vacancy. All refunds will be charged a $50 processing fee per child. No refunds will be issued once the course begins. During the session, if you can not attend a class due to illness, travel etc. no refund or makeup of the class can be made. If Painted Oak needs to cancel class for any reason we will make every attempt to makeup the class at another date. If this is not possible, the class will be refunded.
